OK, here's my opinion on this well-written piece.
1. Absolutely.
2. Pretty much yes. Matsui is a DH someplace else. Damon, if he comes back on a 1-year with an option contract, fine. If he sticks to wanting 4 years, forget it.
3. Nah. I prefer Damon.
4. Already wrote that the Yankees should give Bedard a shot.
5. I'd like to give Shelley Duncan or Juan Miranda a long look. Duncan has never gotten a fair shake up in the bigs, and both he and Miranda deserve a shot. Heck, Duncan won the AAA MVP award last season.

7. OK, but Molina is really, really, really good with pitchers. I'd mull this one over before I let him walk.

Well done, this is almost exactly my opinion as well. Only difference might be DeRosa in place of Hairston but that's fairly minor.
