Over the last month we've seen teams add decent to solid relievers at little to no cost:
The Mets just signed Al Reyes and traded for Luis Ayala.
The Rays claimed Chad Bradford off of waivers.
The Twins just traded for Eddie Guarado with a guy named Mark Hamburger. (Seriously)
Here are some other relievers who have cleared waivers or could be had for nothing:
David Riske: He cleared but no one will ask for him because he has two more years on his deal for over 4 million per year.
David Weathers: He's having a solid season, is in the last year of his deal, but no one has picked him up. 3.45 ERA and he's been extremely consistant with that. GO FOR IT YANKEES!
He can be had for nothing.
